GroundIQ is being developed for residential developers, surveyors and warranty professionals. Our first product focuses on geological and ground risks, helping teams identify what is known, what remains uncertain and what needs further investigation.
GroundIQ Geo
The Ground & Geological Desktop Report is our first pilot product. Its planned coverage includes mapped geology, six natural ground hazards, nearby borehole records, permeability and selected additional ground evidence. Authorised data connections are not yet live.
A transparent pilot
The assessment workspace currently produces clearly marked synthetic demonstration reports. Production reporting depends on authorised datasets, approved interpretation rules and competent technical review. Insurer acceptance has not been established.
Price
GroundIQ Geo: £44.50 per report, including VAT. Payment is not yet switched on during the pilot.
