Built for development decisions

GroundIQ Geo is designed to support early-stage due diligence for residential development. It brings factual evidence, spatial context and investigation requirements together without treating a desktop study as a substitute for site-specific investigation.

Planned evidence coverage

Geology includes bedrock, superficial deposits, artificial ground, landslip deposits and faults. Natural ground hazards cover shrink-swell, running sands, compressible ground, collapsible ground, landslides and soluble rocks. Permeability, boreholes, mining, cavities, radon, soil chemistry and infrastructure are staged additions, subject to connection and licence approval.

What a report will contain

Reports retain a confirmed site boundary, evidence availability, attributed findings, source identifiers, distances, interpretation, required actions and methodology limitations. Each assessment pins its boundary and rule versions, so later changes do not silently alter a saved report.

What it does not establish

Mapped information does not prove conditions at an individual plot. GroundIQ Geo is not a foundation design, infiltration test, contamination clearance, formal specialist mining search or insurer approval. Flood and broader environmental assessments are outside the initial product scope.
